Food Waste reuse as a feed for organic chicken: A case study

چکیده

Since the food system will inevitably produce waste, it is recommended that be captured and recycled for more efficient use rather than being disposed of as solid household waste. Therefore, advantageous to promote waste poultry feed. In order study feeding feasibility a Lab- Prepared Feed (LPF) based on kitchen well their nutritional value, tests were carried out near Taza city an organic chicken farm, in Eastern Morocco. The results consumption indices concerning chickens treated only by Lab-Prepared showed average values 1.18 1.17 1 2 successively. According obtained, proved (LPF), appears good substitute commercial foods. may help ensure recovering materials new feed substitute.
